Yup, it was fun being ranked all year. Extremely fun, but whether they are 23 or 26 this week, the 2 games in front of us and how we look are what matters.

Wasn't the beginning of the season when people were saying that we have to play better and they when we do we will be much better?

I can live with rap. I don't like it but I understand that the players are young and like it, as well as the students. Vulgarity should NEVER be played during the games.

Agree that it has been awesome and fun for all involved being ranked and with all the national exposure. Whether ranked or not all the MAC games are important and are a war. The main thing is to finish in first place and have the momentum going into Cleveland. The concern is Dontay’s ankle, CJ’s shoulder, Perkins mental state, Harris shooting woes and Jordan’s foul shooting. Defense will always be the key and of course you never know what the officiating will be on any given night. Last year Clark was the main ingredient who took a lot of presssure off the other players. Have confidence in the medical staff and the coaches to get all the players in the right mental state. Go Bulls!!!!!

Yep, it’s a vanity metric at this point. Get back to the way we played earlier this season and start winning the games we should win (every remaining conference game).

Call me crazy but instead of artificial noise how about the band step up and play some stuff other than the fight song. The dazzlers can dazzle to the current hip hop instrumentals. Keep a college atmosphere a college atmosphere.

True, however somehow you never hear about athletes worried about a coach getting poached. In our situation it's way more likely that Leipold is poached than we let his contract expire and don't re-sign him. I think kids aren't naive enough to believe the contract matters. If the coach does well he rips it up, if he does poorly, the university rips it up. I think that messaging is solely targeted to ADs, because you negotiate a 5 year deal, then 2 years later are told you have to extend or you'll lose recruits, and if the coach is bad, you can't let him crash your fan base for an entire Undergrad cycle, thus every deal is effectively only 2-3 years but the buyout is always 5 years.
