Ultimately, UCLA was just too much. They were a deep runner last year and they will do it again this year, I believe. They returned their whole team and they just had an off night tonight. If they are on, Akron don’t Jane a chance. Good for them sticking with UCLA though.

They are about 70% from the field and behind the 3 line.... This is unreal

We'll see them again in Cleveland. I'd rather they take this game, as long as it means we take the game that counts.

I mean, I always hope that we're going to do good and kill it, but I still need to remember that Mo only came in like a month before the season. I think the team is showing a lot of good stuff for having to go through such a drastic change so fast. I certainly hope Mo is taking notes and looking at where he needs to improve next year at recruiting. It'll be a tough rest of the season, but I'm sure we'll come back stronger next year.

I just think it's crazy that had this been our boys, this might have been not so close and Ohio State might have gone down hard. Obviously, I'm just speculating here

Akron's strong showing against Ohio gives me a lot of hope against Michigan. Akron was balling tonight!

It's sad but true. I shouldn't feel like UB night be big enough to just split off into it's own private institution, but I don't think the endowment is large enough. Also, I'm not sure they could even do it

So, I only picked it up at the half, but that 2nd half was absolutely atrocious. Do we not trust the throw? Can we do a run anywhere other than right up the middle? The defense doesn't seem to be able to take anyone that isn't a running back on the initial contact. We got crazy lucky that they lost discipline, have us that 15 yards and muffed the extra point. Don't think we win in OT based on the second half.

I'm thinking our d line will be alright against their run offense, but we can't be as soft in our secondary to be able to compete.

Hopefully next week isn't terrible, but I'm not hopeful

The only redeemable part of that half was the last :34. I think we need to run the up tempo coming out of the locker room. It seems that it works. We also need to give them a bit more passing to think about.
