As much as I’d like to defend my Bonnies, it will just fall on deaf ears. There’s no convincing you guys. You guys think Bona is a middling program that hasn’t been relevant since the 1970’s. We think UB plays in a joke of a conference, has no history or tradition, and absolutely pathetic student/fan support for a school and city that size. To each their own. Enjoy your win and newfound prosperity. I hope you guys continue to build your resume so that you don’t have to rely on winning it all in Cleveland.

Bonnies fan here. I come in peace. Props on the win. To get a road win like that, you have to bring it defensively. Your guys certainly did that. Bona had to fight and claw for every basket. I’d really like to discuss the current state of basketball in the area. As somebody who loves the game, it annoys me to see the lack of publicity the sport gets. If it isn’t March, nobody pays attention. I hope you guys can keep opening eyes.

Hey guys. Congrats on the win. Not many teams can come into the Reilly Center and leave with a convincing win. You guys made Bona work for every bucket. The refs were whistle happy early which prevented any flow and zapped the energy out of the building. I have a lot of respect for your program. That drubbing of Arizona last year was unbelievable. Clearly, Oats has kept the momentum going. Your success is great for the community. Basketball is an afterthought in this area. That needs to change. Keep climbing the rankings and opening eyes. Syracuse and Marquette are beatable. Good luck the rest of the way. See you next year!
