Maybe actually giving everyone a few minutes and playing together can galvanize this team. Too early to call, but what a difference!

How could you forget that??? On a better note, this game is like night and day from Wednesday. Team basketball, team defense. Amazing the difference.

They should just have everyone enter the portal every year. Go to a new team every year. The school itself, classes, friends/teammates/classmates...Who cares about those? The NCAA has made the whole thing a complete joke. Just call it what it is, minor leagues, where most won't actually go pro (although everyone's cronies says they will). Why bother getting excited about recruits or signings? They won't be at the school long anyway, if they don't change their mind before showing up at all. Maybe they just didn't get their mandatory booster and aren't going to be allowed back on campus next semester. Maybe more will follow.

I'm a transfer portal hater, but if he, or anyone who got the "freebie" year and wishes to go elsewhere after using their real full 4 years, best wishes to them.

Come on, surely this can't be a real question. These guys all are like pros. They practice shooting everything tons, both within the actual sessions and on their own (not to mention film and the like). Nate's teams often had rough games (or stretches of seasons) at the line as well. The FT misses are not on the coach. If you want to find fault with other things, that's your choice, but don't lay that one at his doorstep.

In year's past, the team's Whole was greatly better than the sum of it's parts. While the parts got very strong at their finest, this team is talented individually as well, but doesn't seem to get anywhere near a whole when put together.

Can't believe I just watched that. Looked like March 2019 all over again. Left AA bewildered once again vs the Redhawks. At least Charlie Coles was likeable, Owens is a (insert your own choice here. I have mine, but won't type it here).

Not I. This team needs to regroup, fast, and watch what make the Nate teams great. Team basketball and good defense. Hitting shot is nice, but the first 2 will go a long way towards consistency. This group showed none of the 3 today. They should've crushed this team today. Why not get the ball in low to Mballa and Skogman? Didn't happen in the final 10 minutes, instead we bomb away and try to make fancy plays. 58 points given up to this team in the 2nd half??? Wake up, or it's over before it began.

Lord knows. Just hoping the games play and they can pull off 2 wins. The men's team won't play again for who knows how long. Hopefully there's a crowd, but doubtful.

Are the games on for Wednesday? No mention of it here, but amazing that it is considering Saturday is already off. Surely a huge crowd is expected for the mid-week afternoon games when people have to go to work. At least the 5-11 year olds are all allowed to attend one final time this season.

Blame group gatherings BB. This way everyone will be safer and you'll win points with your significant other.

I'm done. I just find it hard to believe that this game gets made up ("forfeit" or not). I doubt Irvine wants to fly in from Cal during their league schedule, into potentially bad weather that could cause issues with delays as well.

Like players playing in basketball games, with coaches, managers, trainers all huddled together? Evidently those 51 million people over the past 2 years were asking for it! 200 million people in the US vaxxed, yet more stoppages than pre-vax. Makes sense. Must be because people go to places without masks.

Why would anyone want a forfeit in a non-league game? Who wins there? UB? The players/coaches? The fans who bought tickets? Yeah, let's punish those bad people who caught a virus.

The lone positive from the game was the moment of silence for Larry Regan. Thank you to Canisius for doing it, especially considering UB couldn't have bothered to do it at their last home game. He only was a long time donor, ticket holder, supporter, and had a son who played significantly on the 1st MAC championship team.
