When I was a student in the early 2000's I had an internship downtown. I would drive from the North Campus to the South Campus and then take the subway to to the internship which was right near the baseball stadium. I want to say it was more like 45 minutes or so \each way.

If you keep East/West it could be... East: Buffalo, Kent State, Akron, Miami, Ohio, Toledo, Bowling Green (AKA Ohio + Buffalo Division) West: Western Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Central Michigan, NIU, Ball State, Western Kentucky, Middle Tennessee I gotta say I'm bummed that Marshall isn't coming back.

Haven't been following quite like a used to. Excited to see them in the MAC Championship though. Go Bulls!

Does UB play Bowling Green every Black Friday? It seems like they do just about every year.

As someone who lives in Rochester, where we have an empty soccer specific stadium, my advice is to don't build it. Public funds were used to build the stadium in hopes that the Rhinos would end up in MLS and it was a colossal failure. Marina Auto Stadium opened with much hype but quickly fizzled out and in the long run the Rhinos should have probably stayed sharing Frontier Field with the Red Wings. The stadium reminded me of a mini UB stadium - Basically concrete and metal bleachers and not a whole lot of amenities. If professional soccer is really a dream for Buffalo, I think New Era Field, UB Stadium or Coca-Cola Field would be more than adequite options.

I dropped it in May after I reallized I wasn't watching it anymore. I'll sign up for it before the basketball season. With the Bundle Disney announced with Hulu and Disney+, I have a feeling when I re-up I'll end up keeping it.

I think learning behind Allen is a perfect spot for Tyree. They're both very similiar quarterbacks and have already been training together with Jordan Palmer. I can see Tyree either beating out Derek Anderson for the third string or being on the practice squad this year. I think he has the chance to be groomed as the eventual BIlls #2 QB behind Allen. And yes, you're better off being an undrafted free agent than a 7th round pick. Undrafted free agents can at least choose where they're going to play.

The wheels may have fallen off the wagon but still a great season! 4 trips in 5 years to the NCAA tournament is still really awesome. Can’t wait for next year

Rochester area sports talk is very much the same. Basically Bills or general NFL 24x7. Even the Sabres tend to be on the backburner. All of a sudden the hosts talk a ton about Syracuse this time of year and then forgotten the rest of the year.

I'm pretty sure Dick's gets stocked at a regional level they only carry 1 team for each sport. It's frustrating being a Mets fan too when they only have Yankees stuff.
