One tidbit in the link, he has a long-term contract with the Montenegrin Mornar Bar, and after an agreement between the two clubs in the first year he will play on loan for the Bulgarian champion. Not sure, but they also signed Tajuan Agee from Iona. Maybe get tested and waiver. Then self isolate when they get there. Guess nothing is certain these days.
