If Ball State to save money were to bus it to Buffalo, it is down to 4 games. Two if UB has to bus to Western Michigan or Northern Illinois for the same reason. Will they be also be quarantined for 14 days or more than likely there will there be exceptions. This is the also same situation that Syracuse and Army face. This is the also same situation that Syracuse and Army face. There was an exception for professional sports teams. As for Syracuse, it is just them. It would be every other college in the state except for two. Army probably would not be required to quarantine under Governor Cuomo's order because they are federal and the supremacy clause would supersede the governor's order.
