Hopefully he stays and next year he can get over the hump and win the MACC. In the last 3 seasons we have 70% win percentage (23-10), won two bowl games, won the MAC East twice, and were ranked in the Top 25 for the first time ever. We have had a winning record for the past 4 years. In the 17 years prior (since 1999 when UB joined the MAC), we had two winning seasons total, our best winning percentage for a season was 61.5%, won 1 MAC championshp, won the East once, and had 0 bowl wins. I will say that Marshall defense lived up to billing. They were solid. Which is why I don't get why we insist on running Marks up the gut so much when he's not getting anything. Based on what I saw yesterday from Marshall and the scattered SJSU games I've seen this year, I would agree that San Jose State is better than Marshall, would've been a tougher opponent for sure.
