If he shoots even 37%, the Bulls win against BG. It’s not all on him. Other things wrong: turnovers, sloppy play, foul shooting, and playing like a sieve on defense. Perkins has virtually disappeared in some games. This post pretty much sums up their play most of the MAC schedule. Amazingly they could be undefeated despite all this too. Shows how good they are playing at maybe 2/3rds capability. Perkins has been weird this year, he needs to find it just as much as anyone to help us. Was he the respected, motivating senior leader who made everyone around him better? Is that key role-player missing on the 2018-19 team? Wes Clark was someone who could create his own shot in a pinch.

Wes Clark was on the court for a few months and left such an impact and void. He could hit from outside and his pull up game is what you hope Segu learns. Wes was so calm with the ball unlike Jordan and Caruthers who can get careless. He is truly missed. I think bc he transfered from a SEC school it was almost like a top baseball prospect having a cup of coffee in the bigs then going back to the minors and the rest of the teammates asking all wide eyed what’s it like. And bc of that when we needed someone to step up he took the mantle and then brought the rest of the guys with him. We’ve seen CJ be like that this year. The guy who hasn’t...Harris. And we need him to be better.
