01bull
One thing about oats is that since high school he was stuyding to be a coach. He talked on a podcast about how he would buy coaching VHS tapes to watch as a teen. His whole life was focused in coaching. Bobby has much less experience- from his time in the NBA and then horse racing/private industry after he got into coaching much later. I think bobbys a good coach, but I think oats is better, probably because he’s been studying it longer

Oats needed Hurley to get there and he was fortunate. But now he is there!

But it is what you do with that break on what determines your fate. Go Bulls!!!!
UB85
Last thought on this thread. Who really cares about who is better. It's all opinion. Maybe we're right. Maybe we're wrong. All I care about now is that UB faithful are happy that Nate is our coach. And Bobby is happy because he got what he wanted, a move up and out. A win win situation for everybody. Now let's do everything we can to keep Nate at the helm of UB men's basketball! Go Bulls! Beat the Cats!
