Very, very big chance for UB to break through the 20K per game barrier this season. There are *no* wonky weekday games (save the season opener), there is no game during thanksgiving week, and the home games are mostly winnable affairs.

The MAC has again done us no favors by putting us out 4 straight weeks at the end of September.  It is hard enough to bring casual fans back after a month long road trip, but there is a good chance of coming back October 23 at 2-4 (Win against URI, and split BUGS, NIU).  Beating UCF is critical to getting on the road in upbeat fashion, and taking down both BUGS and NIU is crucial to maintaining momentum, as well as interest.

Late October, the weather starts to get dicey, and a sub- .500 team will not draw the casual fan in poor weather.

Off the Big East website it looks like the UConn game will be a noon start.  It is not yet listed on the UConn site with a game time.

Thinking about goin to the UCF game since the Temple game (much rather do that) will be too close to the gf's birthday and we're going out of town for that.

I'm not crazy about UCF... I hope the fans show up and we can play some pregame relay.

Mid-september game, coming off a trashing of RI, the fans should show up. If we lose though, attendance will take a nose dive.
