Yet another player UB fans won't be able to kick around next year (assuming daddy's princess leaves CMU). The MAC West is gonna be no better next year.

Yea but at least he is leaving under better circumstances..

The west Basketball is going to start to look like the East in football.. One or two teams will play at or near the level of the better division (Toledo and maybe EMU) but the cellar will be awful.

XAVIER took that guy?

They must have a building full of red Swingline staplers.

As goofy as he looks, he had the 5th best PER in the conference last season.

1.    Javon McCrea-BUF    27.8
2.    Mitchell Watt-BUF    26.6
3.    Chris Evans-KENT    25.6
4.    Rian Pearson-TOL    23.7
5.    Matt Stainbrook-WMI    23.7

I wonder how he'll fare in fights vs. Cincinnati.

Wow, the top two PER players in the conference and we still can't find a way to win it.

Also, didn't someone on here just say that we're kidding ourselves if we think we have the talent that Ohio and Akron have?

The issue was just that we were a terrible match up for Ohio. If we had been on the other side of the bracket, I'm confident that Akron or Kan't State would have taken them out and we would have been able to beat the Zips and Golden Flashes en route to the Dance. UB just couldn't find a way stop their guards. Even with Oldham not giving them an inch and forcing them to take 30 foot shots, they drained threes every time we played.

As for this year, I think Ohio is much better equipped than UB to win the MACC. The only player they graduated played three minutes last year.

Yea the MACC semi vs. them was horrible. Cooper was draining 3s from near the midline it seemed like. Who the heck is gunna play Cooper out that far? Man I hate that kid...
