browsing through USA Today and found they have Wilcher as the 51st best inside LB, Mark Graham 59th best free safety, Jeff Mills 69th best Tackle i'd guess they probably have a good shot at a free agent contract.

The kid is lighting quick with good cover skills. With both starting corners back from last year I'd have to guess that Concepcion and G. Williams will start at corner and whoever the other corner was last year will move to safety(i forgot his name). I just hope we can improve the pass rush this year to create more turnovers.
