I have no problem with that at all, you do you and setup your family for their future. My saltiness comes from the timing and the pillaging of quality players that put us behind the 8-ball going into the season. I am very happy with Coach Mo, the players are playing hard and I really feel like we can end the regular season at 9-2. Year 2 under Coach Mo will undoubtedly be better. If we win the MACC and a quality bowl, hopefully my salt will subside.

I seem to remember ~13k too, but the Wagner box score lists 17.5k. As another reference point, both Robert Morris and Temple had about 18k to start the season two years ago.

While it would certainly be better to have a win, As you can see the Bulls held their own against a top 25 team. The Husker defense that held you to 7, held Oklahoma to less than 24 points for the first time in 5 years and if the offensive line would have made fewer errors and the place kicker wasn't in his head, Nebraska might have won. I predict another solid season for the Bulls and another bowl game.

New weight room being added on west side of the Fieldhouse. University is building a wellness center near the Union/bookstore area and Alumni Arena will then become all athletics with some desperately needed upgrades in there. Gonna be a few years for that. Hoping a new football video board is on its way sooner than later.

We have been using the Buffalo bills excuse for a decade... I don’t buy it. UB just isn’t taken seriously for college sports by the community- unfortunately. The students are hardly interested and the ones that stick around in Buffalo don’t continue the family tradition like other prominent state schools. Glad it seems like there was a decent showing this go, but we need this sustained every game for decades for this to take root in broad community. The school will also need to invest in brand and building the culture. Hope we can keep winning to keep people interested.
