Saw Wes Clark is playing with Jayvon Graves on the same team in France. Pretty cool. Limoges basketball is in the top league in France and CJ played there last year. Good for Wes and Jayvon.

Our defense is getting manhandled because of the HC QB. Take him away from HC and they aren’t that good.

This is sad to say or just confirms our need for a QB playmaker but any chance the HC QB wants to transfer next year to UB? He would be All MAC QB.

Funniest part of the game was the interview with Nate at half. She asked him what advice he’d give the team as far as adjustments and I pretty sure Nate was thinking “Not a damn thing because this game is over” but he had to be diplomatic.

I have one request of this fan board. Can we keep track closely where these players go next for their pro stops? I want to know where Wes and Bearden sign in Europe or North America. Be cool to track their seasons during the TBT offseason. And with inflation TBT has to up the prize to 1.5 mil at least next year. They are starting to sound like Dr. Evil…

What I meant was to put their names and jerseys on the wall. I can understand we really can’t retire any numbers but having a ceremony for them and putting up a TBT banner later on would be cool.

Don’t want to think too far ahead but if they win this thing, they should put a banner up in Alumni. The place is called Alumni arena anyways. This is our Alumni team winning a big alumni tournament. Just a thought and don’t forget to retire Perk and CJs numbers too.

I said this earlier and I’ll say it again, we need to find a way to get this tournament in Alumni and show off the UB Bulls brand. Fix the AC problem. This team is doing almost free advertising for the school and basketball program. Also, there has to be some NBA scout watching this that can see Perk, Wes or CJ can hang in the NBA. Hope they get an offer. Go Bulls

Love this team. Even when some of our best players are having off nights like Wes today the rest of the team steps up. It was stressful after Perk blew that dunk and then we let them back in. But this team is mentally tough and scrappy. I feel good about the rest of the way. Just have to out work every team and most of these other teams can’t run with us. Also, I want them to play Carruthers, Jordan, Wes, CJ and Perk together. We would lock down every team regardless of height. Just a thought. Go Bulls/Blue Collar

I think it has to be at Alumni next year. We need the Bulls logo on the court. Find a way to bring in portable AC units or something. Forget ECC or Buffalo State. Make it Alumni so we can showcase the school too.

I hope they play at alumni next year. It would be great advertisement for the school and the Bulls basketball brand. Had no idea there was no AC in the place. The key question is if Boehiem will allow his TBT team to actually play in Alumni or will he demand Syracuse to keep a regional. Needs to pump up his TBT win totals I’m sure.

Glad we fixed the website. Hope that doesn’t happen again. As for Blue Collar U, it’s such a blessing to get to watch these group of players continue to play. During the boring July month of sports it’s great to have something to root for. Lastly, we’ll have to play well to beat the Nerd Team. They can shoot it and don’t turn the ball over. Let’s get the W and keep things rolling!

Nothing against the 2 non-UB players but the chemistry would be stronger with Jordan and Graves.

What about Graves and Jordan? Just need them and roster is all set.

I’m optimistic that we could finish in the top 4 and the reason is because of the new free agency in college basketball and adding in graduations. The other MAC school’s rosters turned over almost as much as ours did. It’s basically a whole new conference of players compared to last year.

So my guess is these players going to schools that are a step up in conference like the SEC aren’t necessarily going for the best school or winning program, it’s probably the school with the best opportunity to play the most minutes. (Or the most NIL cash) The game has sure changed. Mid major programs are taking hits now every year and why hasn’t anyone made a big deal about it?
