The players will be ecstatic. He was a horrible coach and a worse person.

Coach Mo, assistant coaches and a select few are the only ones buying into his “process”. He has made it quite toxic!

Some of the 2018, 2019, 2020 UB Bulls with Lance after the Kansas/Oklahoma game. Oh to be back when UB football was at its best. No toxicity, no ego, etc. Lance is one of the best! He truly cares about the players, their education and families. Amazing coach, wish UB could have held onto him a little longer.
