I believe it came down to the last 3 plays. The offensive possession before the layup w/ 4 seconds left was a really nicely designed play that got us a wide open 3 that we missed. If the team next year can find some shooters it really will do wonders for the squad. The layup was a really nicely designed play w/ the option to use the screen but choose not to and got the nice layup. I don't think it was offensive on KSU on that last play. However, if we flop perhaps we get the call. Really impressive last few games for both hoops programs. Neither team shoots the ball terribly well but both play some really solid D that could make some noise in Cleveland. But man alive could we use a Jeremy Harris.

I mean I think going for it (perhaps another PI) is a better move than try a really hard FG that still requires us to make a stop and score

I'm really puzzled going for a 52 yard FG in that spot

So Ohio looked awfully good vs a Miami team that has a legit QB....Ball State kept it close vs Toledo That Ball State/Ohio game should be an awfully good one next week.

I think he'll improve as he gets reps. That back foot int was really awful but I would hope as he gets more reps he learns. WE DO have some nice options in the WR room which we haven't had in a few years.

Last year was weird with all the turnover. Mo did a wonderful in the portal/recruiting which is exciting. Obviously Holy Cross was bad....and the last 2 weeks were good wins but we were facing backup QBs. Next few weeks will be interesting but I think we got a quality HC. I love him going for it on 4th down and the players seems to like him.
