What is this pact? I have been on record as saying Wofford is over rated. Should I be cheering for them? Will me hating on them give us bad karma, if so let know. I take it all back.
Both teams have been undefeated since Buffalo and Wofford made a mid-major pact, one of them is going to have to lose when we face each other in the championship game though

Also, it looks like he had a really good time here on his visit. I'm not certain if he visited any other schools yet as it wasn't showing on any websites. But, from the looks of it, we may be the favorite.
I believe he visited Arizona State a couple weeks ago, but I am unsure if it was an official visit

These foul calls absolutely drain the energy from the game

I don’t understand how some voters can comfortably put Nevada in their top 10, but put UB in the 16 to 22 range.
Nevada’s best win this year was @ Fresno State and they got crushed by a bad New Mexico team. I’m not saying Nevada is a bad team, but UB has a similar if not better resume

We could potentially pass #14 Auburn, #11 Florida State, and #8 Texas Tech (2 losses this week). However, I think #19 Maryland will probably pass us after winning 6 straight games in the B1G. So we should be ranked #14 next week, but I could definitely see us being ranked #15

WVU Coliseum is not an easy place for a road team to win

This is definitely a wake up call for the Bulls. Not easy to win on the road in any conference

Imagine if we went to Morgantown now against a bad WVU team and managed to win in OT. We would have been dropped hard. Poll inertia has helped us a lot.
Morgantown is still a tough place to win a basketball game. #8 Texas Tech barely snuck out with a win there. UB’s win was also WVU’s home opener

We just have to watch the turnovers against this Miami team and it should be an easy W at home

I do not think the local fan support and hype around this program this year is enough to sell more than 10,000 seats at KeyBank with UB being the marquee team in a match-up. I do think that UB basketball is working their way towards gaining the support of the casual basketball fans in Western New York, but it is still very much a work in progress. A deep tournament run this year would do wonders for local fan support as that is when most casual sports fans really begin to pay attention to college basketball.
Another thing that affects UB is lack of program history. This is a team that did not post a winning D1 basketball season from 1931 to 1994. They don't have the luxury of having multiple generations of fans who grew up watching high-level UB basketball. Every season recently has been a building block to build local fan support and this season is a huge one with the Bulls consistently in the Top 20.

#11 Auburn: Loss @ Ole Miss
#13 Florida State: Play #1 Duke on Saturday
#14 Mississippi State: Loss @ South Carolina
#15 NC State: Loss vs. UNC
#16 Ohio State: Loss @ Rutgers
#17 Houston: Loss @ Temple
#20 Iowa State: Loss @ Baylor
I am hoping that the Bulls can move up to at least #15 in next week's AP Poll

Honestly, I'm surprised we are not the MAC favorites again. Graves, Jordan, Williams, Segu and all of the new guys are really being slept on
