These officials are pathetic, bunch of bs foul calls, terrible!!

Clearly the more talented team, but the scoreboard not showing that. So many turnovers seems like every other possession is a turnover. 

How many travel calls what is this?

Completely agree, can’t blame coaching if missing open shots. I think in jeenathan case, sometimes he gets too much in this offensive mode where he has to shoot even if it’s a bad shot. Needs to understand the defense is playing for that and set someone else up. 

I’ll take the win, but gotta stop having these horrific shooting performances. Jeenathan 3-14 is just unnaceptable and not the first time for him. Good teams will not let us back so easily.

No one on this team has even a remote chance at nba. 

Even that last shot typical. jeenathan has no awareness sometimes. 2 seconds can gather yourself and shoot a real shot, not rush a garbage attempt.

Brewton Can’t shoot 3s, can’t hit free thews, is a turnover machine, why is he playing?

This team is one of the worst in Mac. We are missing chip shots, getting out worked. Tired of hearing excuses, should be blowing this team away. 

Travon Fagan needs to sit, two missed layups. Doesn’t get easier than that.

Well if this doesn’t confirm we are a middle of the pack mac team then I don’t know what will. Officiating horrible, but you got to expect that coming into Akron.

Agree the players stunk and they lost the game. But Whitesell does take blame because he lost what Hurley and Oats built the last 6 plus years!! This team has no hustle, no grit, no one takes charges anymore, and we are back to playing half court basketball and no defense. Guys don’t get back on defense and are soft in the post on defense, and the other teams know it. The lack of depth is also insane not one player has shown any real promise to be the next guy, hope that changes but so far a lot of nada coming off the bench besides Fagan who gives some solid minutes. 

This team is not good, looks like a middle of the pack Mac team. I don’t even think Miami of Ohio is that good, it’s more we are bad. No one can shoot free throws it’s sad.

Appreciate the optimism but have you watched the team this year, 8-0 against any competition won’t happen, even the bottom of the MAC. They lack consistent effort, especially from some of the best players on the team. They will find a way to lose atleast one if not a few of those games. I’m trying to be optimistic myself even it’s been difficult to watch this team. Things will have to change if we’re going to win 3 games in a row in mac tourney because right now I’m not sure if this team has the discipline and effort to do so.

I’ll take that, they forgot how to take charges!! With oats we were getting 2, 3 or 4 a game, blue collar points. Completely abandoned that. Lucky if we see one a game now. 

This has to go down as the worst loss in the program in as long as i can remember. I feel like we lost to a D3 team.

Yes definitely but he’s not the only one Mballa was being lazy too in the limited minutes he was on court. You can see canisius just wants it more.

Agree with you many problems right now not just him. Nobody showed up today, getting embarrassed by the bench on a 2-9 team who’s best players are out of game.
