We have many significant donors.  UB is experiencing tremendous success in fund development.  A large focus is directed to academics and facilities.  We are a leading research center. Donor development has a short history.   As we continue to develop our brand and develop on- going success in football and basketball we will see more $$ for Athletics. Let’s get some big $$ from Khalil Mack and others who have the capacity and  recognition of UB’s contribution to their growth

Great for MAC  with Ohio win.  They came up big - great win.  We can all assume that Ohio will be a top MAC program for many years.  They have a coach- Boals - real good that is all in at Ohio. I picked them to win and they can win again on Monday 

Unfortunately we lost last night against a good club.  Good to see MAC  teams do well in post season

Before you fire the coaching staff-  maybe you get the team to practice foul shots, play under control and cut down turnovers

Great win against Akron.  At times gut wrenching - as in any game so many missed shots.   There is so many positive things to say to get our win tonight.  Two big areas to improve in order for us to win:

-please make foul shots

- Mballa do not dribble the ball under the basket, just go up withe ball

This will be a great game - go Bulls 

Ohio looks like the superior team- truly outplaying Toledo.  We all knew any of 4 teams can win the MAC.  We obviously want our Bulls!

Please 

- start fast and do not give up

- play tough defense 

- go to the basket

- make foul shots

- protect the ball

- contain Jackson 

- load and vocal bench

Yes all obvious objectives - be focused and confident.  We can beat Akron

Let’s celebrate good years and interest in UB football. We are obviously hungry to improve and sustain success!  Here are a few areas for attention: better 2nd half adjustments in tight games; find a field goal kicker; continue to improve secondary play.  I believe we are good with running backs- Marks,Cook and McDuffie; good at quarterback with Vantrese; some fast receivers and portions of good offensive and defensive lines returning.  I am grateful for the thrill of cheering on OUR team and hopeful for the future.

WHAT DO YOU THINK.

Much discussion that our coach is desired candidate.   AD at Illinois knew Lance from Wisconsin.  In Chicago Tribune had a picture of one our assistant coaches as Lance.  I goggled Urbana newspaper and was recommending Lance.

if he goes- good for him and UB.  We will get a strong coordinator from a big program.  We are on the map.

Think about our history: oats to Alabama; Hurley to Arizona State and now a big ten school.  Do not forget last 3 ADs - Michigan, Auburn and Central Florida

The reality of being Buffalo.  We are now a destination for players and coaches
