What ever happened with Ronnie Nwora?  She was on the roster but not with the team because of personal reasons.  Nothing was ever said when her name no longer appeared on the roster.  She walked at graduation yesterday.

Danny White doing the attendance reporting?  22,754 sounds like a familiar number.  😄

Have we heard anything on Boldin's visit with us?

Does he also play wide receiver?

I think UB should close up the basketball programs. We will never be able to replicate the success of CCNY's 1950 run when they won both the NIT and the NCAA tournament. Since then, Bona won the NIT, Syracuse won the NCAA tournament. But unless we can do both in the same season CCNY will always be able to hold that over our heads so let's quit now. We can only fantasize about reaching that level of success.

So, those of you that haven't been to a UB-VB match in the last year, likely think that Paige is sensationalizing his descriptions of Trebichavská's kills.  He is, but not by as much as you'd think.  She swings with such force that there is a boom when it hits the floor.  (sorry, no dents)  They often draw a gasp from the onlookers.   Our Women's volleyball team is very entertaining.  If you're in town when there's a match/game going on.  Don't miss it.  KT's swings alone are worth the price of admission.

I think Joe Gigie is going to be a name we hear alot of this fall.  He seemed to be the workhorse for the white team today.  It ended up not being a bad day for football.  A little chilly, but the sun came out for a bit and made a difference.  I think it was one of the larger Spring game crowds that we've had in the 15 years that I've been going.

I cringe a bit when I see his feet being spread so far when he elevates for an open shot, but I feel better when said shot goes in.  It's just strange foot positioning.

At last night's Josh Allen - Steve Tasker event in Alumni Arena, they had 2 screens set up.  One on each side of the stage.  Each one was larger and clearer than our stadium scoreboard.  Unfortunately the image was projected from the back side of the screen and likely wouldn't work well in daylight.  (but it still might be better than the scoreboard)

The third one, I knew what they were booing.  I was behind where the speakers were projecting, and the echo off of the back corners was making it tough for me to hear/understand what was being said.

I was in a spot where it was tough to understand what was being said up there.  What was said that drew the booing?

Sounds like we'll be tailgating in the North lot in front of the fieldhouse.  

Question answer between Steve Tasker and Josh Allen was good last night.  Somewhere around 3000 students and you would have thought that they are all Bills' fans.  Hopefully they all show up this fall and are as loud as they were last night.
