I have to say, I hate those inbounds calls when the other team isn’t pressing.  For the ref to give possession because some kid wearing size 18 shoes foot barely touched the line when the other team is not even contesting the inbounds of the ball is stupid.  I hate it even when it goes in our favor.  Refs should have the ability to have some sort of discretion in this matter.  Plus it happens a lot and is not called.  I feel like they look for it when a player who doesn’t see a lot of court time is inbounding.  If CJ inbounded that ball, would they even be looking at his feet?  A little like bullying.

i heard second hand rumors from a wake forest booster that they’d be willing to throw away almost 20 million just to fire their coach.  There is stupid amounts of money out there.

This is going to be what, the 34th game of the year?  The difference in beating Toledo over blank is so minuscule at this point.  I want NIU.       The committee is made up of human beings.  They will use the comps to prove their already bias opinions.  Right now they can say we lost to (some #) NIU.  Playing them again and beating the snot out of them puts that in pencil instead of pen.

Shots just not falling at all.  But the energy/effort and the fact that CD can get an assist at 80 ft is keeping us in it.

I think the opportunity to revenge a loss can’t hurt.  And we already revenged the BGSU loss.  Let’s face it, our opponent’s net isn’t going to move the needle very far at this point.  So blowing out a team you lost (haven’t beat yet) to has its own advantages.  Go NIU!

No.  But Hurley wasn’t bringing to BUFFALO any guards drafted 7th overall either.  But I’ll take who Oats brought to UB over who Hurley brought to UB.  Comparing apples to apples instead of oranges.

I can’t imagine a young man who has done any research would rather be around Hurley over Oats.  Yay, you have the name recognition.  But Hurley is still a man baby.  Recruiting has been better since he left.  And I watched one of the Duke/NC games on ESPNU from the Hurley days.  Bobby back then would see zero minutes on this year’s UB team.
