Syracuse beating duke and WV beating kansas should help us a lot. I say #14 if not higher.

As much as I love the idea, let's not get too ahead of ourselves. I think 14 is our number. The problem is, above us are the powerhouses this season, with the exception of Nevada.

Even with Auburn and Texas Tech losing, I think it's unlikely we jump more than 2

Seems as if CBS Sports has grown fond of the Bulls. Here is their latest Basketball Power Rankings. Has UB at #9

    ⤴️ Last week: No. 11.
It's not just because Buffalo sits at 16-1 that it's cracking my top 10. (And you won't see more respect for the Bulls anywhere else, I can promise you.) Nate Oats' team has nine wins away from home and is plus-5.2 in turnover margin, which rates top-five in America. In the MAC, which is arguably performing collectively as the best non-Major 7 conference this season, UB has won its first four league games by an average of 19.8 points. My prediction for Selection Sunday is this team getting a No. 5 seed.

Also, looks as if they are shooting some video material and interviews on campus with players and Nate.

What I find interesting that I keep hearing people talk about how well the MAC is doing collectively, but the majority of our teams are sub 150 on the net. Are the rest of the mid's that bad?

Syracuse restoring a little luster to that UB win tonight is nice.

Florida St also dropping a game today, so we could be positioned to move up another couple spots this week. We'll see how the rest of the week shapes up, but I'm interested in the Virginia v VT tomorrow, as well as the UNC and Kentucky games tomorrow. Those 3 games could potentially give us a huge boost

Any update on Perkins?  I recall it said he had a G1 sprain.

This will be a good opportunity for Fagan and/or Williams (or even Bertram) for more minutes if Perkins misses time.

I like the idea of seeing Fagan some more. I think he's got a lot of potential.

I'm not sure I'm sold on Bertram. I know he had a few good points last game, but the dude is S L O W... like his movements are way too sluggish.

The fact that UNC dropped one spot after losing at home to an unranked Louisville by 20 points is ridiculous. Also Louisville should be ranked (though they’re not far off)

Let's not ignore the fact that Kentucky jumped 6 spots with a 9pt win over Vandy. 6 spots? Really? I think that's a little presumptuous. A couple spots, sure, but not that many.

The Blue blood bias is strong...

I find myself getting impatient each day, waiting for our next game. Can't wait for March, but have to sit back and enjoy the ride.

Here's hoping we drop another C-note on them.

    106 - 68

For the first time in a while, I find myself looking for something posted about UB everyday, haha.

This team has me so hyped this year. I love to see our exposure nationally, as well as our stock rising overall.

    Go Bulls!!

  7. I'm not going to clutch my pearls because ed dropped an f-bomb, especially since the f-bomb is part of my everyday language, but I do agree, I think we should keep it clean here, because even though most of us are adults and are just having fun discussing our team, you never know when someones kid is looking over shoulder and don't be that guy that causes the kid to learn the word if mom/dad don't want that.
