Anything that we can do to increase attendance is good by me!

Football is just outside the top 25 looking in. Men's BBall is #25 and will likely rise before their next home game. Women's BBall is receiving votes and has an early season Player of the Year candidate in Cierra Dillard.
We built it.
I just went to the SIU game in Carbondale, IL (25k population) and their public came out with pretty good numbers, mostly dressed in SIU gear. It's time for the Buffalo community to come out and support this team. We have a small arena and there are no excuses left, it needs to be full.

I'm really glad we have a 9 day rest before our next game. That was a tough road trip but it's also plenty of time for the coaches to instill the right mentality in this team. We're going to have high expectations every time we take the floor - this is uncharted territory. We are likely the favorite in all but 2 remaining games.
This question is, how do we respond to this?
It's a fun time to be a Bulls fan!

Headed to the arena to watch warmups. GO BULLS

I guess I'll be the first to ask. What is the hype with Southern Illinois?
Solid team that seems to be building, 5 returning starters. Played tough with Kentucky. They're receiving a single vote in this week's poll which speaks to their national respect.
I still believe that we're the better team but this is nowhere near an easy game.

These programs are experiencing unprecedented success and have the potential to keep building. I became a recurring donor this spring as I am finally in position to do so, if you have the means please consider doing the same.
GO BULLS
QuoteTo all the new donors thank you and please follow the link below. You have now become boosters of UB Athletics for the rest of your life. With that comes restrictions and the responsibility to not violate NCAA regulations. When in doubt about doing anything you cannot contact the Compliance Office. Their number is on the linked page.

Coming home 3-0 with 2 quality wins already under our belt would be huge!
I’ll be in attendance, anyone else in the area able to join me?

You know you just asked a ton of old people to tell you stories about Sam Pellom right?
And he passed him in scoring last night 😉

Fundraising is literally crowdfunding. Every school does it. I'm not sure why people are so hung up on this campaign... simply because it was explicitly called "crowdfunding"?

I'll take #2 with a vote for #1!

We have GOT to figure something out on special teams. 2 big returns, punt blocked, onside kick recovery allowed, and a missed PAT... that's simply not acceptable.
Good to get away with a win but despite scoring at will that's what it felt like... we got away with that one.

I have a friend who is a pretty involved booster at UNT so I've been able to follow along, love what they're doing down there.

WELP - so glad I wasted my time watching that effort.

Took me forever to find it still...espn+ seems pretty raw still but I got it thanks.
I know they looked at Osborn on that last td to see if he stayed in but I'm not sure tyree was behind the line of scrimmage when he threw it.
Still so glad we got this win. Let's take it to Rutgers. 3-0!
I thought the same at first but without the digital markers I think the "stick" that was clearly visible was the original LOS, either way - I'll take a free TD 😉

Have you checked at the flagship store downtown?

We have the potential to have a REALLY dangerous WR corps as this group continues to gel and improve timing with T. Jackson - we should be able to do some real damage (and open things up for Marks and co. as the season continues. Exciting stuff GO BULLS!

EMU is coming off a win at Purdue. Should be a tough one at home, hoping for a huge local turnout!
-
Hitting the deep one from 46 was key but you absolutely can NOT miss PATs this often - That then led to what could have been a disastrous 2pt attempt and going for it on 4th when we were in very reasonable FG range. I'm not sure what the answer is but this could be a scary achilles heal as the season progresses...
-
So just to be clear here... is it good to bad to start a season 0-2 at home?

I do not troll, I educate. The uneducated are closed minded, won’t listen to reason and likely remain in the rust belt, sometimes for generations. Information to them, is trolling.
Temple will drub Buffalo.
Fantastic example of "information". I also enjoyed your analysis of Temple losing to an FCS team (from your own city) at home.
UB at Ohio - 11/14 - For the MAC East title!

Ohio has put up a ton of points (188 over their last 4 games) in the second half of the season and scored 58 in a September game against UMass. Our defense will get tested - hopefully we can put together more stops than we did against a talented Miami OH offense.
This could be a huge game for the program with the possibility to clinch a trip to Detroit and a potential push in to the top 25 with a convincing win.
