    LMFAO

"Come on. the only people who think this is a rivalry are people from Buffalo. Reasons this is not a rivalry:

    1. SBU is 10-2 against SUNY Buffalo. Not only do we have a significant edge, but we have only played them 12 times. We have played Niagara and Canisius over 100 times.
    2. UB has no fan base. Yes, they will be there now when the team is ranked, but how about when things get a little tough? Even last year in their "glory run" there were as many Bona fans in Alumni Morgue as there was UB fans.
    3. We are in the Atlantic 10 they are in the MAC. Our rivals are St. Joe's, Dayton, Duquesne, VCU etc. They are in a league that does not compare to the A-10. They hate to hear this, but it is true. Just as we can't compare to the Big East the MAC does not compare to the A-10.
    4. They have no sustained success. They have been good for four years. Oats will leave and this will end."

They've made the tournament 4 times in the last 40 years. I don't understand why he is bragging.

Hope these JUCO players are as good as advertised. It looks like Williams has a long  way to go and is not showing any improvement in his shooting ability. Segu looks like he is progressing better. Only hope Williams does not turn out like Reese did. Reese came in highly touted and never improved at all. Go Bulls!!!!

Williams and Reese aren't even on the same level as hype. Reese came in as an athletic guard who had a bunch of neat highlights on Twitter and YouTube, but obviously fell behind a deep squad of guards, which btw, he's  tearing it up in JC now.

Williams has already shown some good flashes and is definitely miles ahead of Reese at this point in 8 games, some guys just take more time to transition to college, that doesn't mean he won't be good.

For people to worry about a freshman not playing as expected through the first 8 games of his college career is absurd. He is going to develop and he is going to be a good player. Same thing here applies to Segu.

In an earlier Bulls Insider video Hodgson talked about Williams as though he's "really close" to taking that next step. Maybe this is coach-speak but this staff generally seems to speak without much of a filter. Hoping we see what they're seeing soon!

I won't be surprised if he takes the next step during the later portion of conference play. He's obviously going through the motions of transitioning to college, but the guy is so talented and he will be good.

I took that to mean they wanted to see the team play a ranked team.

Wonder if the Bonnies players think they can compete with the Bulls?  They were blown out in the Caymens.

Wonder how good they would be if they were healthy. If they are without LaDarien Griffin again Saturday, I just don't see Bonnies getting the W.

So if this is not an exhibition game even though they are a d2 school does this count towards our record?? On the espn app it has lemoyne as 0-0 because it doesn’t have d2 stats. Will this make our record 8-0 if/when we win?

It's not an exhibition game, therefore, it's a regular game and will count on our record.

    Awesome player.

Would be a day 1 starter.

Holy smokes, he's got some raw power to him. Looks like the style of Jayvon a bit, but this guy looks like he has a bit more dog and aggression in him. I am curious to see where we land with him, considering we have 2 more scholarships for next year.

Quenton just looks like the type of guy who could gel in our playstyle.

A lot of speculation here it seems.  Does anyone have info about what his condition is. If it isn’t 100% or nearly so have him sit or play him sparingly if only to get his legs under him after long trip. If he’s anywhere near 100% then he should play as much as he would normally in such a game.

Mild knee sprain, in which he aggravated in the SF game. He just needs to stay off of it as much as possible and let it heal. He should not be playing Wednesday, it would be stupid. CJ is needed on Saturday.

That's the funny thing about NCAA basketball you will want to kill us on the 8th, but then will root like crazy for us the rest of the year.  Our win over you guys definitely helped us get the at-large bid.

I will never root for the Bonnies. I'll even root for Niagara or Canisus, but never Bonnies. No offense to you, however.

I mean, technically it has to, no?

It would probably translate into an 8 or 9. But being ranked doesn't mean jack shit. UB's gotta spit Cuse and Marquette, and probably go at least 16-2 in conference play, lose in the MAC championship to have any at-large chance. Even at that, no

St Mary’s was 25th in the final AP poll before the tournament last year. They had been in the top 25 for 7 consecutive weeks. As a 2 seed in the WCC tournament they lost to 3 seed BYU in the semi-finals. They wound up 28-5 and out of the NCAA field.

. As stated above, St. Mary's probably should have been a first 4 in at least. But, that was last year, new NET ranking system could change things. But, Oats and the Bulls still should fight and grind for a MAC championship.
