  1. They just need to stick with Cole unless he's hurt. The other QB fools no one and he gives no threat of passing the ball.  UB scored some TDs earlier in the year against decent competition.  Not sure why they have gotten so conservative. Miami’s D is solid but c’mon Mo, they aren’t Penn State. Just play to win not just kill clock and hope it stays close.

  2. The funniest thing (sad actually) is watching Ogbonna run towards the sidelines and just throw the ball out of bounds, giving up.  Dude it’s 4th and 2,  just throw to the end zone or something lol.  We Can’t have a backup QB that can’t actually complete passes.

  3. So they start the game, hand off to Cook for 5 yards. Great.  Then Ogbonna runs up the middle for 2 yards. Then 3rd and 3, Ogbonna up the middle for no gain. Maybe just give it to Cook? cmon coaches.

Anyway, nice hold by the D on Miami’s first drive.

That would be Lafayette College, in Easton, PA. It is the home of Crayola.

Lafayette is pretty, pretty, pretty good.  They beat Holy Cross and are 7-2 this year.   All kidding aside, I suspect we aren’t more than a five point favorite or so for that game next year.

Why do they keep scheduling solid Patriot League programs? We are not at that level. lol.  If they must play FCS the Bulls should schedule NEC or MEAC teams.

  5. I've been a pretty big fan over the years...my dad graduated from UB in 1960, so we've had a lot of UB football discussions.  But this particular version of UB football is extremely tough to watch.

Not to be totally negative, I think the defense has played better in MAC conference play.  That might have something to do with the MAC being complete crap for the most part (seeing as the D gave up an avg. of 40 pts out of conference)....but hey it's good to see them playing better.

This offense is a complete dumpster fire though...and any decent player in this offense who has eligibility left should be sprinting to the portal.  Snyder has regressed somehow but at least he can complete a pass downfield once in a while.  Ogbonna is just a wildcat ball carrier.  He's patient, maybe that will work for him someday, but can he throw for 100 yards in a game?  I like Ron Cook and some of the RB's, but if you can't throw well, the other team can just stuff the box.

I watch portions of other games during the week on TV and ESPN+, including some lower level FBS games and FCS games.  I like flipping around.  You see these other no-name programs with QB's slinging it around for 300-400 yards a week.   Mo can't go out and find a QB like that?  You don't even need "special" wide receivers at this level if the QB can simply get the ball out and into their hands.  If Mo is here next season he cannot preside over an offense like this, it's terrible.  Get a QB or two in the program that can throw the damn ball.

  6. On that final kick they blew the whistle, everyone stood up and McNulty took a freebie kick with no rush.  didn’t look like it even made it. I didn’t think it was the great timeout the announcers made it seem.

Great D so far.  I’m sure Ohio fans are disillusioned by that half. They usually score 30+ on the Bulls.

That RPO on 4th down was definitely CJ’s best play as a QB.  That was nice.

How Long do we have to put up with this used car salesman as head coach.

he’s all talk, all for the show.  Come game day, the truth comes out.

That's a funny line.  But yeah, I don't listen to any of his press conferences or in-game sideline interviews.  It's all coach speak and clichés.  There's no honesty, at least publicly.  As a Bulls fan, he's really hard to warm up to.

I’m done with this looking to the sideline bullshit on every offensive play. There is no flow, it’s ridiculous. Snyder does better when they play at pace and keep the pressure on. Last year was significantly better

He sucks this year, regression. But it might have a lot to do with the two WRs last year that were really good.
