I found out who is making Maliks commitment video, I’m so tempted to ask him where he’s going

Possible.
though AJ Staton-McCray is the better player
I haven’t hear much from the 2020 kids, most recruitment news is all about transfers

So we have 2 scholarships left. If Zachary commits that leaves one. Do we have any idea who could fill that last one?
Possibly that guy named Goodnews we offered earlier

He just trimmed UB off his list, per his Twitter

Skeete too
Malik was just on Instagram live talking with his friends, from what he said it’s down to Buffalo and Cali. He’s constantly being pressured to go to Cal but he’s smart enough to make those decisions himself. Said he’s going to make a decision in 2 days even though he said April 15th. Possibly just having fun with friends but you never know

Just listened to a Malik’s interview, what an incredibly nice person he is first off. Second is that he has a child back in Syracuse, Buffalo is not that far away. He said he chose ub in his final 4 because it’s close to home and the coaches have a good relationship with him. However after listening on why he chose UCF, Ole Miss and Cal he doesn’t seem like he minds moving and his family is willing to move as well. Hard to hint who he favorites

very much much like Gabe is a con, right?
I’m not sure exactly what you mean by that but I was more trying to say that Zions size is comparable to Gabe but uses his size and athleticism more than Gabe. In no way am i trying to paint Gabe as a bad player, just believe he didn’t make the right plays all the time.

If UB had gotten him in high school, everybody on here would've been drooling; 4 star guy, ranked top 100 by 247sports and Rivals. Now 2 years later he's "not a good player" and "been horrible", when no one here has ever actually broken down film of him, talked with him, or knows anything about him other than his stats from the past 2 seasons.
Right, wrong or indifferent, I'd put my faith more into the coaching staff than others.
I was watching some of his video from his college and high school days, he does not look that bad. He is very much like Gabe but is a lot more athletic. If he chooses UB I personally believe he’d do well enough. We still need to pick up a guard that can shoot the ball well though

Kicker Alex Mcnulty getting some love by Sports Illustrated -

Basketball gods help us all if prospects start committing based on which school’s fan base showed the most love on Snapchat, IG or Tik Tok. Even though that may already be the case for some.
Bigger question is, is he posting stuff like this for all the other schools after him? Bc if he’s not then either he is signing here or trolling us hardcore.
I know he’s friends with Graves, maybe that’ll help us a bit

Have we offered him or just interest?

I would say UB is prob the best team on that list. Cal and Ole Miss have nothing too much going for them. Would be a nice get.
I’m just hoping he’s not tempted by playing in a larger conference. He’d definitely get a chance to start if he came to UB, most likely would be a bench player at Cal and Ole Miss

Hopefully UB made the cut, he’s got some pretty big offers.

Do agree. All the individual talent and athleticism don’t mean a thing if the players don’t have good team chemistry. The key to this all is success breeds success both as individuals and as a team. This year’s team seemed to lack chemistry especially as the season progressed instead of coming together as a team. As I have said the team over the last 4/5 years succeeded because of individuals buying into the team concept and of course UB hitting on some very good JUCO’s And transfers that were leaders on the team. That was not the case this year and hope will spring eternal for next year’s team. Go Bulls!!!!
It seems that Goodnews is taking a liking to the UB fans, he has retweeted and liked many comments and replies to his UB offer. He’s also following many of the teams coaches, players and athletic compliance.

Yeah, forgot about that. So as sophmores we only have Gallion, unless I'm forgetting someone else. Still would be great to get more in his class
Hardnett?

Limited minutes at Cuse is still probably only a role player in the MAC.
Still, I expect the staff to look into him. He could be a good addition but wouldn't expect him to be a high impact guy.
He’d definitely add some depth off the bench, can’t see him taking a starting spot

Wichita State had 5 players enter the portal. That would suck if the same thing happened to us.
Everyone looks really happy to me, Segu, Williams, Mballa and Graves are posting on social media about a big comeback next year. I’m confident our core group will stay, we might lose a few off our bench but I don’t see a mass migration happening.

Jalen Carey and Howard Washington are the latest players from Syracuse to enter the transfer portal. With Washington being from Buffalo, can anyone see UB making a move to try to get him. He played limited minutes at Cuse but was a three star recruit out of high school.

Might want to be closer to home, he did that with high school. If that’s true I wish him the best

Just have to play some sticky defense and they’ll keep chucking up shots like they did on that one UB run, trying to stay optimistic. I believe UB will close the gap again
