Last few games (Toledo and Ball State also come to mind) we have blown teams out in the 3rd quarter.

DC, OC, RB and DL left on their own. Safeties and S&C either got let go or found something else. Mo hired OC and RB then bounced, but they were retained by Lembo.

There is a Spring transfer portal. I’m sure we’ll lose some and gain a bunch. Work in progress.

One small positive - Fulcher seems to be playing better. Not trying to do too much, not turning it over as much, he’s excellent off the bounce when driving.

I didn’t mean literally cut everyone. You get rid of those that aren’t bought in. Bring in your mentality guys. At this level anyone claiming they don’t risk playing for multiple coaches in their college lives are fooling themselves. The student athlete can leave at any time as well.

Ah yes. So the coach will play scared and not want to recruit over the current pile of dog crap to continue to be bottom 15 in the country. Makes sense. 

That was an open meet and greet event. Anyone from the public could go. 

We could literally cut the whole team and start fresh if we wanted. To say right we’ll be worse is total BS. At least wait until we have a finished roster.

Lance never had heralded recruiting classes. But he developed them like crazy and recruited to his system. That’s all I ask for. MAC level guys aren’t watched super closely.

IMO not sure there could be 3 worse collective candidates. I’ve been a contributor for 20+ years. If this is the vision they have for UB Football no sense in me contributing anymore bc they’ve stopped trying.

There’s a reason he’s the “co-DC” and not just the DC. Even at Michigan was going to be co-DC. He’s a recruiter who can’t coach. Good riddance.  

They’re standing up for our program. Go pound sand.

Whatever is left, yes. A quick Google search shows many college coaches contracts are set to expire March 31. Guessing that’s still the case here but it’ll be the new coach’s decision how they build the staff.
