I know this is purely a technicality, but most of these kids are probably not actually in the portal yet. It doesn't open up until December 5th - for most players. The two exceptions to that are: grad transfers who have their degrees - who can enter the portal at any time. And players on teams whose head coaches have been fired - they have 30 days from the firing to enter.
