Hopefully some kind of informal gathering at Harry Buffalo will still take place, but I'm excited for Southern Tier. Would have gone there anyway at some point, excellent beer. And food at the Pittsburgh tap room was pretty good too as I recall.

Eh, seems they've still been drawing in the 12k range for weekend games, even amidst their drop to the bottom of the Big 12. Monday games aren't gonna bring the crowd when the team's doing this poorly. It's a shame that win didn't turn out to be the resume builder we hoped/thought it would be.

Ha I know you're kidding, but he'd be the exception to the rule if he actually said "at" rather than "of." I think I've maybe seen one or two recruits tops that have gotten the school's name correct in posts like this. 

I'll give him even more of a pass for listing us first on both the graphic and the note. Subtle hint perhaps?

Sure hope this shoulder injury doesn't plague CJ too much longer. He gets going in the 2nd half but we'll continue to have a tough time avoiding these slow starts while getting nothing from him in the 1st half.

Maybe that step-over on Caruthers will get us going. Something needs to.

Jordan being on the court is criminal when you still have the 1-1. An oversight from Oats forgetting he has a 29% FT shooter. 

I don't understand how it's even possible for a guard (or anyone for that matter) to be this bad at shooting free throws. Hell, even Shaq was over 50% for his career. 

Well, time to avoid ESPN and any highlight shows for the next day or so.

We've got at least one big run coming, but can't wait too much longer to turn it on. NIU gaining confidence by the minute.

We've been waiting for this for a long time - so many close calls and finally a regular season win against a ranked opponent. And in a game in which CJ was the only one who played anywhere near their best. Gutsy comeback from a veteran team. This is gonna be quite a season, folks!
