I think your onto something with matching Burke. Politics the way they are powers that be are dictating that "Women get paid the same a Men". Therefore our ceiling on the mens coach is what Burke makes. We could just give Burke a raise as well but while we enough money to hire a legit D1 mens coach. We don't have the money to pay the women's coach the same. This lowers our ceiling to around 375k for each coach. That not enough to get a big name, not even close.
