  1. All you responded was "ask them" but you know a lot more than you're letting on in my opinion. Who picked these people to lead? Who selected Blueprint? Who makes the decision to let them go if they're not brining in the money? Someone controls the board. Alnutt? Foundation? Athletics? Who is funding the NIL Collective? What percentage of the donations go towards a specific person? Blueprint is obviously making money. "Since the corporation is not affiliated with UB I doubt it is controlled," if that is true, did the president sign off on approving UB athletics' affiliation with Nickel City Collective which is required What is the time being spent on Nickel City Collective from athletics? Athletics already made an video, was this approved by the president?
  2. I want answers to the questions that Brooklyn refuses to answer. He knows the answers to all the questions but won’t answer them. Yes and no. I know I’ll have my information. I was promised it.
  3. Yes, and needs to approve this one as well. I won't have the documents for 60 days, should have information from Albany soon.
  4. SUNY school presidents need to approve any association with non-profits. again, you know the answers but won’t answer them. I got information coming and people from Albany asking questions.
  5. The President approved the usage of SUNY money being spent on the non-profit, correct? By the way, today we should find out if the schools will pay NIL and not offshoot collective. I'll donate when you let us know who put up the money to fund the NIL startup and selected the individuals. You know way more than you're letting on with Nickel City Collective. You're not being transparent in my opinion. I have a huge request going on right now, I'm talking to high level people in Albany, the request will take time. I've called in favors.
  6. In due time 😀 Should I share with everyone? My understanding the president needs to approve any use of non-profit, correct? https://www.sportico.com/leagues/college-sports/2024/blueprint-sports-nil-collective-nonprofit-1234761748/ One of Blueprint’s main selling points is “501(c)(3) fundraising.” Specifically, it has a companion charity, called the BPS Foundation, which allows Blueprint’s NIL collective clients to receive tax-deductible contributions. In effect, the BPS Foundation serves as a donor-advised fund for college sports boosters who want to contribute to for-profit NIL collectives. Instead of making the contribution to the collective directly, they would instead donate to the nonprofit, which would then be responsible for paying athletes served by the collective. In an interview with The New York Times last year, Sine claimed he could not speak about the BPS Foundation because it was being run by others. The paper, however, noted that Sine had been listed as the nonprofit’s “president” in documents filed with the Nevada Secretary of State. “As we understand today, they are operating within the law, and kudos for them,” Belzer said in an interview. “That is a business decision they made, and if they are making a profit, that is great. But we don’t view that as a long-term sustainable business opportunity, and if we feel something is not ethically aligned with our long-term business strategy, we are not going to engage in that business today or tomorrow.”
  7. You’re awesome at PR. You know a lot more than you’re letting on. You should be a politician. Edit: I’ll get some info and respond
  8. So, just to clarify, donors to UB don't have any influence over how their money is used? I’ll wait for you to answer the basic questions, you keep skipping over. You expect someone to provide the level of service of a full-time employee and expect same results from a volunteer? So she receives a 1099-NEC from St Bonaventure every year? Who picked these people to lead? Who makes the decision to let them go if they're not brining in the money? Someone controls the board. Alnutt? Foundation?
  9. I can't find Akron's or Miami's #. Toledo and Western Michigan was near a million.
  10. So she receives a 1099-NEC from St Bonaventure every year? You expect someone to provide the level of service of a full-time employee and expect same results from a volunteer? You realize schools have full-time employee doing NIL work.
  11. You need the fundraise, not everyone is on this forum. You're also competing vs athletic department because you're going after the same sponsors or should be plus new ones. Check out: https://bethedifferencenil.org/ Multiple former players, full-time jobs If we're relying on the build it and they will come, fold it, waste of time.
  12. But I'm not interested in helping WBB, Tennis, or FB. I'm an Buffalo Bulls MBB fan. My intention was to help MBB because I know the requirements needed to succeed. I'm working on a few things if people allow me to post without providing sources. Do you guys think coaches are already hinting at NIL deals in recruiting? Like, is the FB staff subtly mentioning "NIL money's available for 2025 transfers" or is it more for keeping our current players happy? Curious to hear your thoughts. My guess is they have 218 days to come up with $250k to retain the current roster.
  13. So almost every good collective has paid positions. Almost all. We're expecting 4 volunteers with online store to fundraise $200k for MBB $100k for WBB $500k for FB By the way, these are all bottom line numbers for MAC championship. To compete vs MWC, Sun Belt. We need to be at $2 million for FB and $1 million for MBB, $200k for WBB. The goal at minimum should be $800k but really needs to be near $3.2m annually.
  14. Did you see the 2025 barttorvik projections? Moved up from 346 to 323
  15. There's no point in pouring money into a sinking ship. GHIII is a lousy coach, that will have under 10 wins in 2 years. Who picked these people to lead? Who makes the decision to let them go if they're not brining in the money? Someone controls the board. Alnutt? Foundation?
  16. Exactly. until I see the 990 and the distribution, you won’t see a dollar. would anyone contribute to the team last year? Well, this year, we got the same team but will be on paper worse. If I donate to the NIL, will the money go towards a 4 or 5 that we need and still haven’t landed. Mbb needs a million to sniff the top 100. I was told when I tried to get others to start one, that we didn’t have the base.
  17. Does anyone think the people working for the collective are working for free? No one has said either way and it’s not on the faq.
  18. No loyalty to work? What are the salaries? Are they all volunteers?
  19. I can’t wait for the 990. I’m counting the days down. im wondering how much of donations will go towards salaries? Bonnie’s clan will love to know their professor is helping another school’s NIL. https://www.linkedin.com/in/shaena-kershner-b72b9256
  20. Interesting. Nickel City Collective has a partnership with the BPS Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit, that allows supporters to earn a tax-deduction for their gift I was hoping the same partnership but I was told that wouldn't work. Nickel City Collective is an independent corporation that is not affiliated with the University at Buffalo. How much will Nickel City Collective employees be making? All volunteers? Anyone know?
  21. He needs Reggie type resume on the bench. 2x hc, the current head coach is learning on the job with former dobos as the assistants. We need some gray hairs on the bench.
