  1. Yeah just an awful performance. The D and specifically the DB play from last season showed up. Just chunk plays galore for Ohio and awful tackling. I’ve already mentioned Snyder and whatever is written above i agree with. His worst game for sure. disappointed in his decision making and poor accuracy. The Oline has been dominated. it’s been like 3rd and 8+ nearly every series.
  2. Snyder hasn’t been good tonight but in prior games he’s been good distributing the ball with the short and medium passes, occasionally hitting a long one. Tonight he’s just off. And the Oline is doing nothing to establish any running game. They’ve been getting whipped too.
  3. Flipped the script to start the half. That was awesome. Good start
  4. Still time to remedy this, but they were not ready to play tonight out of the gate.
  5. Terrible start on O and D. cmon boys
  6. Back on September 24th Ohio hosted FCS Fordham. Fordham ended the day with 640 total yards of offense (503 passing) and scored 52 points ( 7 TD's). That's insane. Ohio won the game 59-52 with the help of a 98 yd KO return TD and a late 42 yd fumble return TD. Not sure what to make of that result.. no defense whatsoever. The teams combined for 1,332 yds of offense..
  7. Well, they aren't wrong in that Athens is a rough place for UB to have to win. But correct me if I'm wrong, even if the Bulls lose there are still 3 more MAC games. UB could run the table and OU could lose to Miami, Ball State or BG. I just don't think it's a forgone conclusion that this one game decides the East.
  8. Wow that’s an amazing win. didn’t see that coming after being down 27-10. What a season this has been after 0-3.
  9. The merch is great, hopefully the team is focused on Toledo. I'm sure they are. This game is a pretty big step up in class. The Rockets have beaten the other MAC opponents they've played by around 3 TD's each. The QB is dangerous running the ball (Avg. 65 yds/game) and looks like they have some other solid RB's and a good O-Line. I think the Bulls are gonna need about 35 points to win this one.
  10. This throwback logo is really cool. My dad went to UB in the early 60’s and said it reminds him of that time period. It does look like a caricature from the 60’s more than the 90’s. I’ll definitely get a shirt, or a hoodie if they will sell those w this logo.
  11. Mo is going to continue to work the portal hard. He did a good job at pulling players in to UB who might be unhappy with their current (P5) situations and Juco's. I'll take talent any day even though it might take some time for the guys to jell.... like earlier this season.
  12. Great start! and some trick plays are working. Snyder got hit hard on that catch. Saw his left arm/shoulder drooping a bit as he got up. Hope he’s ok.
  13. Snyder doesn't have the strongest arm, he's not the fastest,,,but he distributes the ball all over the place and is accurate and quick enough to move the chains. He reminds me of some of the other quality MAC QB's we've faced over the years. Kind of anonymous, not on anyone's NFL draft watch list, but at the end of the game you're thinking who is this guy?!?
  14. Now that Wisconsin fired their coach, Lance is on the short list for Nebraska and Wisconsin. It will be interesting to see if Kansas can hang onto him in the midst of a magical season. Money notwithstanding, Lance bet on himself when he took the job at perennial loser Kansas and he won, Big.
  15. Great win. The D really balled out after that long TD run by their QB. Dolac and Patterson were solid. Nice to see the team rewarded today, clutch TD at the end by Snyder/Marshall. I don’t know the stats but Miami was crushed by big penalties. That definitely helped the Bulls get the W. We know that feeling when it goes against UB. Also, until proven otherwise, i think Kent State is the team to beat in the MAC East.
  16. Mo could not have liked seeing his secondary look like the Keystone Cops chasing Miami’s QB on his 73 yard TD run. 7-7 late 1st Qtr
  17. Nice write up. Looks like UB is +1.5 as of today. I assume Miami will still be playing their backup QB.. And just like last week, I'll always pick against any MAC team who is coming off a P5 victory (Miami over Northwestern). Always bank on the letdown. UB is finding a groove with Cole Snyder and some nice pieces on O. The D will definitely give up their share of yardage but without Gabbert it seems like Miami will have tougher sledding in the Red Zone. Also, Mo's team got killed by Miami last season. I'm sure he doesn't forget. I'd take the Bulls +1.5
  18. Dang , 3rd week in a row i shoulda bet on the game! argh. Shoulda, woulda, coulda…
  19. Sweet Win. Good for Mo and the guys. All the things that happen in the course of a football game to cause a team to lose happened to Eastern Mich today. They had the majority of penalties, injuries and 2 players ejected. UB will get scored on, but against MAC teams should score plenty as well.
  20. Can this team win a second half, just once?
  21. I agree. Just wanted to confirm that against MAC teams since they have similar talent to UB and typically mediocre or lousy defenses (as we see today from both teams) Cole is fine. He can distribute the ball to thr talented WRs and run a bit. That’s all we need.
  22. It's always a debate. For years the USF Bulls have been trying to get out of Tampa's NFL Stadium and into an on-campus stadium (scheduled to open 2026). They hate playing in a huge NFL stadium where a fraction of the students show up. Just this week a U Miami player said they like playing road games better because Hard Rock stadium has no atmosphere for college football and it's too far for many students to show up. So yeah, i don't think UB would get more students to a new stadium out in Orchard Park. Maybe if it was an indoor venue downtown that would be a different story but it isn't.
  23. It's a classic MAC football team move to have a huge win over a P-5 program, then come back the following week and stink up the joint vs a middling MAC opponent. Therefore I'd take Buffalo plus the points (+6 as of today).
  24. I'm just amazed that 3 out of 4 out of conference games for Kent State are @Washington, @Oklahoma, @Georgia. Are they funding a new stadium or something??
  25. With both Charlotte and Hawaii winning yesterday, it has to be a small and exclusive club of winless FBS teams. I haven’t checked but UB is part of it. UMass is on the schedule in a few weeks. If the Bulls don’t get a W in that one…. i have no comment.
