DooleyBull06
Consider this...had we been able to upset Kentucky, and honestly we were in that game until the final 6-8, we could've beaten Kansas State and it could of been us versus Loyola in the Regional Final. My point is we were so close last season to a final four. This season will come down to 3 things 1) Can we play up to our potential and expectations 2) How will we handle those expectations and 3) How significant will Wes Clark graduating be? We are a dark horse but boy do I feel like the dream of a final four is actually a reality. A win at West Virginia, Cuse or Marquette will prove we are legit. Our non-conference schedule is difficult so right away we will be tested and come March hopefully we run the MAC tourney and wreck some brackets. mikescherrer8
UB has the chance to beat teams like Marquette, and can definitely beat Syracuse. One thing they have to work on from last season. Defense. These guys can score 85 points a game, but they have to finish them and pull away. This team has the speed, athleticism, ability to rebound, shoot the 3, and play fast. It's really up to them at this point if they want to be as great as they can be. As coach Oats has said, keys to success are the 3 H's "stay hungry, stay humble, stay healthy".
