  1. Sounds like you’ve got all the answers. Easy peazy. Part of the problem stems from the second a coach/admin/player has any success they’re gone. Tough to have any continuity and develop relationships in the community when people are constantly leaving. Happens everywhere in the G5 and our problems are not unique.

  2. Interesting what Mo said how coaches look at everything with their opponent going back to past seasons, but only giving the players the information they need to know. So I get the sense he and his staff haven’t forgotten about last year but aren’t dwelling on it, and keeping players focused on just getting better as the season goes on. Also loved what he said toward the end about all the UB alums playing around the NFL and the school’s connections with the Bills, and how he uses that in recruiting along with talking up all the great things about the university and Buffalo community. I believe he has this team going in the right direction, will be fun to see how the rest of the season unfolds.

  3. I hope that this is the case. I don't think his accuracy is great at the moment (in general). He was pretty off on some throws this past week, though was better vs. EMU. It is a work in progress and the expectation is that he develops with game reps and practice. His best play (besides the pass at the end of the game) was that 4th down run for the TD. That cut he made was really good. Watching it on TV, it seemed he was easily going to be tackled, but made that sharp cut and got into the end zone. I am optimistic for his future.
