He has the right idea, attacking the rim and slashing. The guys around him need to follow his lead.

Still only a sophomore, I think he’s ahead of schedule. A lot to learn, but he’s gonna provide useful minutes.

Williams has really emerged as the man. He’s gonna be so fun to watch this season.

Jim coaches the way Nate did, give the boys freedom and play good defense. Well, defensively they look bad, and every jump shoot has been off balance and sloppy. If we could get this game within 10, I take that as a victory at this point.

Buffalo getting to the basket and forcing fouls is working, and that’s all they can really do offensively. So just do it.

They are better than this and I refuse to think otherwise. The game plan here, there hasn’t been one. They are better than this.

Maceo Jack not off to a great start

Segu, Williams, Jack, Mballa, Bertram starting. Get ready for a 10 man rotation. Brewton, Perry, Skogman, Hardnett, and Jones should all be coming off the bench.

Second chance points is a big strength, guards who are able to rebound and forward who can get a second chance for a put back. It’s going to be interesting.

I wouldn’t even judge him next year because people he will recruit most likely won’t develop until a red shirt year and then a year of some play time. Patience is of the essence.

C-USA is now worse than the MAC. Let them stay there, we don’t need them.

Not going to be surprised with an upset. The talent and experience and rebounding ability is all there for UB. Michigan is returning some of the least starting minutes in the nation. I expect UB to keep this interesting all game.
