Akron on the verge of losing. Ohio losing at half. If only we had won tonight.

Honestly we will be fortunate to beat Akron. Difficult road ahead next week. My hopes are low but I still have hope 😞

Not my point at all. 1) Cleveland isn’t a neutral court for us. 2) Kent was not impressive. Had we rebounded better and not turned the ball over as much we win.

More than this it’s the empty possessions. An example is the last possession. Whitesell calls the timeout to hold for the last shot of the half…and what do we do, turnover. Too many turnovers.

Would be a tighter game if not for the sloppy offense.

My point is that Brewton shouldn’t be the one receiving the pass. He simple hasn’t earned it.

It’s all of the above. Constant turnovers is on the players. However we don’t look like we have a clue as to what we wanna run offensively. That’s coaching. Repeatedly playing Brewton is mind boggling. That’s coaching.

Smallest guy on the court gets an o board and hits the league player of the year for a 3. Story of the game. Getting out hustled. We too careless on offense. And Brewton is a brick layer.

I guess the excuse tonight is Kent state just didn’t miss.

Welp this game is looking a lot like the other night. Pathetic defense. No intensity attacking the defensive rebounds. And now the offense is gone. We are in trouble next week.
