Schedule them over D2 teams.

A couple of keys this season will be player rotation and combination. With so many new faces its honestly hard to tell who will start and what role players will have. It is going to take a few months for this to sort itself out. Another key will be perimeter shooting. Can we make enough 3s. Daemen made some 3s in the first half and had the lead late as a result of it. Meanwhile I believe we had 1 made 3 in the first half. If we aren't gonna make some 3s, we are going to have to defend the 3 line very well.

Damn we went from loving BCU to dumping all over them quickly. Why can’t we enjoy nice things? These men represented themselves, our school and city well. That’s all you can ask for from alumni, regardless of profession. Can we just enjoy this? There’s absolutely no downside to what they accomplished.

Hashtagging Blue Collar too. The BCU championship will play in recruiting. Now if only we can get a guy into the NBA.

The TBT was giving away money for best post game celebration. Maybe that’s why?

Great way to end it. This team and these men are so unselfish. Always have been. Well deserved championship. So happy for these guys. Thank you for representing UB and the Buffalo community.

Strongly considering attending this game. As a city kid I always wondered why UB didn’t play road games in the NYC area. Granted this is 2 hours away, I am gonna make the drive.

Good player comp. I do agree Williams is more of a 3 and D type player.

He’s basically a Zach Randolph type player. Can hit the outside shot, bang down low but is a tweener. Has he ever been on a g league roster? I’m shocked if the answer is no.

I agree about mid majors taking advantage of this. I felt like last year the attention was on Nate Oats a lot. Which was fine. But this season it’s been more UB. Which I feel could help in recruiting and obviously national recognition.

To this point, I love how the university has embraced them. Maybe it’s because of the tragedy in Buffalo, but I feel like the school has been more behind them this year.

Just impressive mental resolve by this group. The way they stepped up the d and executed the offense inside of 4 minutes. What’s most impressive to me is that these men have never stopped maturing and developing their games. I see improvement and growth both as a team and individuals. I love these guys.

Glad the board is back. Especially in time for what we all hope is a deep run by BCU. Boys survived and advanced yesterday. This team goes as far as Wes takes them. No doubt we win it all last year if he didn’t get hurt. I believe the next game is tomorrow at 7. Go BCU!

Neither him nor Segu played tonight. Disappointing. But summer league rosters are big and coaches wanna get looks at different players.

Wish them all well and hopefully this leads to one day scoring some buckets in the nba.

He’ll dominate the ppg for EMU. Raise his stock for one season and bounce to the draft or portal. Will be an interesting case study to see how a player of his ranking could elevate a dormant mac team. Or will he average 22 ppg and they go nowhere.

Add in the 3 non D1 teams we will face and we are almost there. I’m joking but sorta could be the sad truth again.

Has to be for summer league. Which would be great. I don’t care where they end up, just wanna see our Bulls get to that next level.
