With the women in the final and Toledo out it will be interesting to see ESPN does with the women's bracketology. They had Toledo as a 13 opening against Indiana at Indiana. I wonder if they just slot UB in their tonight when they update it.

Forty years ago today UB played in its first modern NCAA tournament (after the creation of three divisions for athletics) when they played at the College of Staten Island. Despite being under .500 for the year UB qualified after an improbable run to win the SUNYAC Tournament. CSI was a top 5 team that year, but was so afraid of UB they played Dean Smith's Four Corners offense for much of the second half, so that UB could not make a run at them. UB lost 64-53 and would not return to the NCAA until 2015.
