Coaching Experience and the Learning Curve

A lot of promotions for the staff from their previous roles as coaches.

Very similar to the route that Mo took in football.  No one on either staff to mentor such an inexperienced coaching group.  Maybe both teams would have benefited from an ex "Head Coach" sitting next to them on the bench / sidelines.

I think Jace Brooks on the women’s side is there for exactly that. She’s local, has had success as a HC and understands the SUNY system. Plug and play if necessary. We were always a stepping stone for BB

I was at the men’s game in person very close to the Bench. Calvin Cage was getting in peoples ass. The rest of the coaches were minimally vocal.

Incorrect for Mo. He had Montgomery, an exHC, as OC for his first 2 years.
