Ohio is doing what we were doing under Oats. Great for them. If he keeps it up he either leaves for a bigger program, or he stays and the MAC’s reputation rises. I think it’s also important to note that we’re currently seeing our strongest recruiting ever under Whitesell. It’s not like we’re getting buried here.2 points

That’s how it goes in college basketball. It’s not just Buffalo, almost all mid major teams suffer and don’t get that great of quality home games. Power 5 schools are afraid to hurt their resume and hide on their home court or in a neutral site game until conference play. The days of getting top 25 teams coming to Alumni like UNC in ‘99, Pitt in 2006, UCONN in 2008, or BYU in 2010 are far behind us.2 points

During those great years in Buffalo with Tyree and Anthony Johnson, i always told my dad and son that KJ would have the best NFL career of any of them (even though he didn’t get the notoriety). I’m wrong a lot… so im happy to see he’s taking advantage of his opportunity.1 point
