I’d certainly rather play toledo the ball state again. Never an easy way to win a championship, it’s time to start looking at this team as contenders. Wish I could watch the game

I’m kind of curious if this is why GHIII never filled our roster this year. By the time he came in he didn’t really get to recruit. The best recruits had already committed and he was stuck with leftovers or holdouts. If he completely filled our roster with “meh” players, he would be stuck with them on the roster next year. If he doesn’t fill the roster he can bring in more recruits that he actually WANTS. Idk if it’s accurate, but that could be why he didn’t fill us with guards, so he can do that when there’s better selection. Time will tell.

A scary win for sure, but a win either way. Had a dismal loss to Ball state, but turned it around and got a win against an even matched team. Wish they never let it get close but it’s good that they had to find the fight in them, keep it rolling against toledo. There’s some revenge to settle in this next one

Have to stop their rebounds. Numbers 3 and 13 have been killing us with their offensive rebounds. Hopefully we can put up a bit of a lead, because once BGs threes start falling it could be a problem

I’ll just drop this here for everyone’s reference. The comprehensive fee covers pretty much everything outside of of tuition, the break down is included in the link. Currently the fee is approximately $1,484 (so 1500). Athletics receives 12.3% of that per student, multiplied by the student body, that brought in $9,580,417 last year. Oh it gets better. Students of families (in state) that make a household income less than $125,000 pay $0.00 in tuition. The only thing I’ve had to pay is meal plan (first 2 years), dorm (first 2 years), and fees. Graduating in 10 weeks, over the course of my 3 years (came in with AP credits and such) I’ll have paid approximately 30,000 for everything. About 25,000 of that would be room and board, as Ellicott was about 9,000 and Greiner about 10,000. This entire year (not including off campus rent) I’ll have paid the school around 2,500. It really is a steal.

What would we like the trophy to look like? Some shared point of pride?

It’s crushing, because the school is growing so much and turning into something big. If we could keep alumns loyal the MAC wouldn’t stand a chance. I’m going to miss it here when I’m gone, wish I had millions to give back.

I like it. Uconn isn’t a football school but it should still bring a ton of interest on our part. Think students might actually show for the home game.

Maybe, but think of all the times the game was somewhat in grasp late in the game and we slipped. Don’t think CuJo would’ve let us go 10 minutes without scoring, and his level head could slow the game down and limit turnovers compared to Fulcher. We all keep saying we wish we had another guard, could’ve solved a lot of problems.

Definitely missed him. If he stayed I’d dare say we could’ve been around .500

Can we repurpose center for the arts for this? I think the middle part with the vaulted ceiling all lit up would make a cool rink. I want a hockey team so bad, we’d suck the first few years being outrecruited and without a conference, but it would be so much fun.
