Played to a better score line away against a ranked team than we did last year at home. Add in a new coach without a full roster and Isaiah Adams missing and I’d say we’ve got a lot to be excited about in the coming years.

I don’t really care. It’s a new team, they’ll probably lose, but they’ll grow. And I’ll show up to support my team no matter what. Gotta bullieve and enjoy the ride

Game is slipping further away, but bad stretches aside they’ve been good. Still in for a rough season but the improvement is there. BRING ON THE BONNIES

Haven’t checked all the matchups for difficulty of schedule, but interesting to note that Kent, Akron, and presumably (pending a smacking of a nobody team) Toledo are only starting off 4-3.

I would, not expecting much

Turnovers is pretty much the entire reason for our record. Some shooting struggles yes, but having 25-30 turnovers a game compared to 10 for another teams probably yields what, 20 extra points off turnovers for the other team? (Not checking numbers)

He’s been a loyal rock for the program. He worked hard and did great things here, he’s earned himself a shot at something better and he’s earned our support in doing so

Probably wouldn’t make logistical sense but could’ve been a fun addition to the MAC

I say bring in a veteran QB in the portal (senior with the option for an extra year of eligibility) and a talented freshman. That way the veteran gives decent output for a year or two while the freshman develops into a starter. Should be able to get a good freshman if he knows he’ll be the number 1 in a couple years. Bringing in new QBs should entice Snyder to transfer far away.

I vote yes taking note of the term “consider”. Yes our teams suck, complete and total regression, but why is that? Football, MBB, and WBB all had our great coaches leave, and the results left with them. So we find ourselves in a hole that’s not exactly Alnutt’s fault, but now it’s on him to fix it. And you can’t say he’s done the worst job trying to do so. We’ve seen record recruiting classes and admit it, at some point you’ve found yourself at least a little bit excited about each of his major coaching hires. We get mad at Alnutt when the coaching appointment doesn’t work out, but at the beginning it doesn’t look like a bad hire. We could beg him to hire a coach, and if the appointment we ask for doesn’t win championships we’d still be blaming him for it. Some things you just can’t know until it plays out, even though the coaches seem like they’ll be a good fit. All in all he’s done his job, he’s made Buffalo and enticing place for recruits and brought it quality coaches. Are there things he needs to be better at? Absolutely, need to improve attendance and support. Is he the right one for the job? Probably not, that’s why I think we should consider replacing him. But it’s worth at least seeing the things he’s done right.

Wish I saw a little more creativity with the QBs. If they’re going to do a “dual threat” they might as well do some trick plays. Put Ogbonna and Snyder in the same play. If Snyder takes it Ogbonna acts as a running back, if CJ takes it he can lateral or handoff to Cole to throw it deep. Just do something. Mess with the defense

Anyone still holding out hope that coach Mo is the right one? Think this about settles it

Weather forecast sums up this season. Looks like a ground game, I’ll set the Ogbonna rush attempt over/under at 15.5

I maintain my position that the team isn’t a lost cause. If you look at every game there’s always a period of 10 or so minutes where they score like 5 points and the other team runs away. If they can get rid of those lapses they’ll be ok, but I think we can attribute these lapses to not filling the roster. Every so often the guys aren’t clicking together and coach has nothing to turn to. Not a bad loss, hopefully they can figure it out
