UB WBB vs Kutztown 11/26 1pm

First game after Thanksgiving UB has way more depth and talent. Looking to see if Coach Burke has the team ready to execute and dominate the entire game. This is the type of game were the bench players especially the freshmen should have a opportunity to put their talents on display. Lopez has looked good off the bench handling PG role, sound defender gets team in sets but her shoot has not been dropping this game could get her on track. Neither Chryssi Gouzelou 6'G/F or Ella Take 6'G/F has seen the court yet both have size which will help during conference play.

A very solid first half and great seeing the bench get some real minutes. Hopefully the second half will be just as good.

Watson with a huge 3rd quarter has turned this game into a blowout.

That was a pretty fantastic game. They had 5 in double figures, Lopez shows she can be a big contributor. Also nice seeing some of the bench players get good minutes and able to get into a flow. Ogden was 3 point away from being #6 in double figures, but she had a good game on the boards and assists. 20 assists on 30 shots made, very solid. Good defense, nice fast break opportunities and excellent ball distribution.

• They need to improve on their FT (64.5%). Especially, Johnson going 4 of 8.
• Nice to see them going 12 deep for a change.
• Nice defense to keep Pulliam to only 9 points. 
• The Spirit Team was still enjoying their turkey.
• Great half-court shot for the money.

17 points for a leader in a 87 point game is great for spreading the ball to the bench depth

Rana has improved dramatically since her first game against Daemen.Overall good ball handling and also shot selection with hitting some 3’s the last two games which should help in the MAC games. Lopez looks to have improved also the only concern is she plays with too much intensity on defense and gets called for a lot of fouls. Again that can be a concern in the MAC when the overall intensity picks up  and the refs call a tighter game. Overall just a pleasant surprise to see how the team has jelled especially with the freshmen like Lewis-Williams and Davis along with our other starters. Watson looks like the real deal with her driving ability and floaters in the lane and also shows that she can hit on three pointers. A nice little stretch of games coming up against some better competition in the NEC and MEAC before MAC play begins. Go Bulls!!!
