  1. Like any other game this year, just looking for signs of progress anywhere we can find them.

  2. Would not be a bit surprised if he goes somewhere and puts up another 3k at a new program and excel like KVT did at Georgia Southern. KVT going there was the best thing he could do, he is beloved there and now works on their broadcasts. I wish him well and for whatever reason they lost faith in him, I will never know.

  3. The UB Volleyball team has earned an automatic berth into the women's NIVC post-season tournament. In the first round, Buffalo will face South Florida, a Bulls vs Bulls matchup! The first round match is Friday, December 1 at 4 pm, at St. John's University in Queens, NY. When I get the streaming details, I will post them. RPI: Buffalo 95, South Florida 99 Massey Rankings: Buffalo 109, South Florida 119 The other two teams in the regional bracket are St. John's and Howard. If Buffalo faces St. John's in the second round, it would be a re-match of an early season match when Buffalo defeated St. John's 3-1.

  4. This is a crusher, especially with Adreessen having no eligibility left. Can't blame him and we will see him on Sundays.

  5. The offense just never felt like a real D1 offense to me with him at the helm. I suppose he was a low-end D1 QB, but the hyperbole felt appropriate in response to the idea that a short, weak-armed, slow QB could ever sniff an NFL practice squad.

  6. Counterpoint: Snyder isn't and never was a D1 quality QB. I don't expect him to be transferring to an FBS team as a starter, which would tell us a lot about what we've experienced the last two years. Optimistically, maybe that should be encouraging for us with an actual QB next year.

  7. Not that it matters, but this is going to be a grad transfer deal...right? I mean, he has been in college since 2019, so I assume he has will earn his degree by the end of the spring semester? At any rate, there are probably some team that has a good line...and is graduating a QB (or that QB is going in the portal) who could use someone like Snyder. Given time with feet set, he can deliver the ball. He is pretty limited in a variey of other ways, but with better protection (and better coaching), I think a team can accentuate his positives and limit the exposure to his negatives. Let's face it. The playcalling this year makes Kotelnicki look like Bill Walsh.

  8. I would agree the stadium does not deter me from going. Granted I live and work within a stonesthrow from the stadium. However I always catch at least 1 game per year without a thought to how bad my seat will be. But yes a nicer newer facility would certainly appeal to some. Its just definitely not keeping 10k people away.

  9. No, because the Constitution does not govern Title IX. Title IX is a statutory scheme that covers among other entities educational institutions that receive federal money. If a school gave out NIL money, they would most likely be required to do so with the proportions required by Title IX. A private entity that does not receive federal funding is not subject to Title IX. That means that Dunkin', that is currently running ads with a number of women athletes, can spend in any proportion they want to spend and Title IX would not be an issue.

  10. Along with most of the team.

  11. A 35 point underdog to any other mid-major team is just an absolute embarrassment. I hope GH3 can right this ship, but this is tragic.
