My best buddy from UB has his bachelor party in Seattle that weekend so I sadly won’t be there. But hopefully I’ll be able to watch. I’ll be rooting em on from Washington state.

Yea the p5 preference is terrible but we can only do what we can do. Was a great night for us all around. Syracuse is huge even though it’s tough rooting for them and although I hope zions injury isn’t too serious since injuries are never good, it def improves Syracuse’s chances to sweep duke later this week. That would still be a win over #1 again and we beat them in the dome. If that happens I wouldn’t be surprised if Syracuse is ranked again next week which is frustrating but great for our resume. Nevada is a great team and should be ranked no doubt but are severely overrated. I would think they drop out of the top 10 hopefully putting Marquette back in which is good. Great night.

19 Iowa state losing at home to unranked Baylor!!

Well tonight’s win is just what we needed to do and then some. Let’s take care of Kent Friday. 24 Maryland wins by 1 at 21 Iowa. I was thinking we wanted maryland to lose since they are right above us but a home loss for Iowa could potentially be beneficial for us too. Maybe they can lose their other home game of the week in which case we’d def leap over them IMO. Now let’s go Baylor

Yea that’s along the lines about what I was thinking. Maybe ubfan can collaborate and make a vote for what everyone should donate for and we can do that for a while?

Just what the doctor ordered. Still hoping Harris can get his shot back but at least he got one 3. Also had a nice assist and dunk so he’s still contributing. There are going to be times when the other team scores points or goes on little runs but that doesn’t mean you can’t give 100% effort the entire game.

Tough loss. I missed a lot of the first half and you can’t go down by that much and yet buffalo still had a chance. A couple blown opportunities at the end but damn did CMU look good. Ice cold from FT line to close the game. Would love to see both teams in the tourney again..

That is a very interesting group of people. How do they decide who gets on the committee? I liked the note at the bottom that said a conference representative can’t be in the room when discussing a team from their conference. So does the committee totally ignore AP rankings? Do they go by good wins/bad losses based on NET rankings? For example if they were discussing bowling green they would ignore them beating #18 (AP) buffalo and say they beat #22 (NET) buffalo? Genuinely curious about all this

All I want is a complete, solid game. No major lapses. It’s never going to be perfect but let’s just come out and keep things going all game long

Well West Virginia and Illinois couldn’t pull an upset so 22 and 23 are safe for for now unfortunately. 20 VT lost to 3 UVA at home so maybe we get lucky and they lose to ND on the road Saturday. That would likely knock them back past us. 24 plays 21 tomorrow with 24 being on the road. Lots of action still this week. Keep our fingers crossed and do what we gotta do to crush Ohio tomorrow
