I like these for 2 reasons. 1. Love Williams' loyalty. I will cheer even harder for him now. It can be enticing to go play at a P5 level. 2. Oats thinks he can compete at a P5 level, which is a good sign of things to come.

While I don’t necessarily think you are wrong. What makes you say she will be able to recruit? I know we have come a long way socially, but there is still a bias in the sports world when it comes to female coaches which could potentially hurt recruiting.

I feel like once the new coach gets named we will see a lot of movement. That will come in th form of recruits and transfers (both in and out of the program). I bet the current players don’t want to leave before they know the next coach. They would want to meet him first to learn about his personality and play style.

There are so many issues that would come with paying student athletes. But I think we shouldn't get too sidetracked by that, it is OT and based on how this board has been in the past week we could argue for days about it.

Segu posted a couple instagram stories today, one was an old picture of him checking into a UB game. The other he was walking with Jeenathan on campus, both decked out in UB gear. Might not mean anything but hopefully it does.
