Moving up to the AAC is a no brainer in my opinion. We are New York State's Public Powerhouse right? The same powerhouse that wants to be stuck in the MAC? If we want to get to the big time in the future, we need to make this jump now and then be considered for the Big 10 later on. There is no way any MAC team will ever jump to a big conference ever without making a minor step up like the AAC. Let's do it and now.

I don't get it. How can they go from D-1 down to Juco? Isn't it usually Juco to D-1? Especially how can Malik go Juco to D-1 then back to Juco?

This is a long shot. He would easily be our top 3 if not best recruit if we got him. I saw his offers and they are mostly high major. Would be nice but probably not happening.

You know what I’d be curious to see is if any of our guys got noticed during this tournament and got offers to play for certain clubs or NBA summer league etc I can see like Bearden or Harris getting bette Euro offers. And I heard about Wes and Perk playing together for the same club in Italy.

It was good to see them back together. Tough loss being so close. If Wes was healthy, I think we could’ve won. Let’s hope they come back strong next year and add Graves. Subtract the non-UB players, no offense but just need the chemistry. Segu and Jeenathan won’t be available due to their draft process like Graves this year.

Hamilton is slow. Why not play Jordan and Carruthers at the same time? Elam ending lineup should be Perk, CJ, Harris, Carruthers and Jordan

Dontay is so underrated. He got that last stop by going up and getting a piece of the ball. Agree him and Jordan bring the defense and one of them or both should be in the Elam ending.

Yeah no idea why. He’s brand new and he plays in the Elam ending? Play those who play defense, hustle and can run the fast break with limited turnovers

We have to stay with CJ, Perkins, Harris, Bearden, Carruthers, Jordan and Hamilton. That’s it.

Why is Neal in there

Fast break points is our strength. When Jordan, Massinburg and Carruthers are all in we get out and run. Also, with Bearden. Those 4 guards should play a lot and Perkins.

We just need to guard the 3 and they won’t have a chance. Need to pick up the intensity. We need to get out and run.

Without Wes, it’s going to be a tough stretch. Davonta Jordan and Bearden will have to take over for his point guard duties. We gotta continue to play hard and we’ll be fine. Can’t wait until 9 to get this going. Let’s go Bulls.

Great start to this game. If we play our up tempo game no one can hang with us. Need Wes to be healthy by Saturday. Where was Moss? Anyway, great team win and let’s go Bulls.

I’m fine with having Hodgson as the next head coach after Whitesell. I can see Hodgson taking over in 3-4 years and staying long term. He would kill it in recruiting.

I have no idea how Wes isn’t getting any looks from the NBA. Perk too.

We got so many weapons so if 1 or 2 guys have an off night we have another 2 or 3 that can step up. Also, Jordan, Carruthers and Clark are probably the best defensive guards in this whole tournament. Fun to watch. Let’s win this whole thing.

Anyone else having trouble with espn 3 feed? It’s not starting for some reason.

I think UB's stock is probably at it's highest level ever and we should be very attractive to C-USA or the American. Heck I think right now we are probably in the top half of the schools in each conference as far as success of our Football and Basketball programs. The key will be what's in it for UB and what kind of financial commitment along with return will the school get in the long term by making this jump? Shared revenues, bigger payouts for games and ultimately will our athletic budget be supported by the administration and alumni? Lot's to consider but the bottom line is if we were ever in a position to make that move now might be it based off all of our success in Football and Basketball that looks to not be slowing down anytime soon.
