  1. You may get some some schedule information.

  3. Assistant Coach Casey Derkacz is leaving women;s soccer for a similar position with Michigan State women's soccer.
  4. Attention where? Certainly not in the New York CIty area. After St. Peter's run the year before, I do not think there was any coverage in the New York City media last season.
  5. Fairleigh Dickinson is anywhere from 10 minutes over the George Washington Bridge to an hour over the bridge. I believe that UB last played there in December 1999. They tried to move the game to New Year's Eve with an 11:00 PM start to play one game in two centuries. FDU did not want to do that. In attendance that night was John Minko, who would later voice the UB Bulls spots on WFAN.
  6. Only if they allow changing on the fly.
  7. Also Homecoming against Bowling Green will be a 3:30 game on October 14. No TV yet.
  8. Not really. Fair did her usually thing high volume shooter, scored a bunch of points. About on par with her UB output. Wooley started slow but had some good games and her numbers were pretty similar to her UB output. McNabb hardly played, a few of the others were minor contributors. Camp did well at Akron, higher output than UB, but she has left them for, wait for it…Syracuse 😂. That’s about all I know. They won two games in the WNIT before loosing at Columbia. Today they lost Coach Blair Estarfaa. He became women's head coach at Buff State. https://buffalostateathletics.com/news/2023/5/31/blair-estarfaa-named-head-womens-basketball-coach.aspx

  10. The Blue and White Club has not existed for years.
  11. Except that there is NIL program at UB. https://ubbulls.com/sports/2022/7/26/ub-name-image-likeness-program-built-in-buffalo
  12. The recent case in California was a finding that football and basketball players at USC were employees. There is a hearing challenging the finding in November before an administrative judge within the NLRB. The ruling if favorable to the students would not apply to UB. That is because UB as a state agency is not subject to the National Labor Relations Act. Regardless of your position on whether or not they are employees, why was the decision limited to football and basketball? Students playing all other sports have the exact same commitment and similar obligations. Also why is it limited to Division I? Any ruling should also apply to Division II and Division III and NAIA private schools.
  13. It depends on the terms of the lease between the county and the Bills. The lease can allow full control of the stadium to the Bills and allow them to keep all or most of any rentals of the stadium. It would also govern who gets the parking revenue and concession revenue.
  14. Apparently Louisville is our farm team for wide receivers.
  15. The original USFL was actually making it as a spring football league. Then a moron forced the league to sue the NFL for violation of the Anti-Trust laws. The league won $1.00 which was trebled all the way up to $3.00. That same moron just lost a $5,000.000.00 jury verdict in the same court last week.
  16. Not sure on the USFL. The game in Detroit drew less than a MAC Championship game. The game in Birmingham yesterday may have 100 people in the stadium.
  17. May be lucky on that one. The Super Bowl XXV Champions are there on Sunday night.
  18. Or for the chance to play for a former national champion.
  19. This should help people try to understand the current transfer rules about when a student may have to sit out a year before being eligible to play and how to get a waiver. link
  20. Good luck with trying to find reasonably priced hotel rooms for Saturday night.
  21. If a school sets up a collective, how long before a lawsuit is brought to make sure that the money distributed is in compliance with Title IX?
