Do you really think that he is going to make that team into something good? Yeah, this happened a couple of years ago. Now schools can just have a big buck booster (not necessarily at Akron, but at a "big" school) give them unlimited funds for "name, image, likeness".
Let's just hope he shows up to UB 12 months from now. These verbals and even signings mean very little these days. It's great to have him in the fold, but one season at a time and fingers crossed for not only a MAC championship this year, but his arrival next fall.
